Stan Guidroz is the founder and CEO of Toucan Gaming and is currently an owner and Managing Partner of LSM Gaming, and owner of other gaming operations throughout Louisiana. Since inception in 2021, he has grown Toucan Gaming into a Statewide gaming company with offices in Shreveport, Lake Charles, and headquarters in Lafayette.  

His past and present work, and industry contributions, prove his industry knowledge, drive, and visionary perspective. Before devoting his work to his own company, Stan was the Vice President of Louisiana Operations for Jacobs Entertainment dba Cash Magic Casinos, for over twenty years. There he led new business development from two to 27 locations, public relations, and was responsible for all operations of the 27 Video Poker Truck Stops throughout Louisiana encompassing the casinos, store fueling operations, and restaurants. Prior to that Stan was Director of Sales and Marketing for Cash Magic and Director of Operations for Pumpelly Oil, the largest petroleum marketing company in the Gulf Coast. Additionally, he is founder, President, and active member of the Louisiana Video Gaming Industry association since its inception in 2012. In that space he works closely with industry leaders, regulators, and legislative officials to pass critical laws that have greatly benefited the video poker industry.
